Poor diagnostics in ER. They were not able to tell me what was causing my upper abdominal pain and dizziness and sent me home with no diagnosis.

I had to go to go to another hospital to get properly diagnosed and treated for what can be a life threatening problem if left untreated.

I will never go to this hospital again.

I was admitted in this hospital on 01/21/09. The emergency room attendents were wonderful. Nurse Melissa was the best. They sent me to the 5th floor, progressive care unit and this was the worst experience I have ever had. One nurse "Shiney" slapped me and treated me very rough. Then when my family reported it the PCT Michella , was mean to me also. Nurse Eric was the best nurse I have ever had. He really cared about me and listen to me. Nurse Ann also listen and talked to me. I am not sure what my next step will be since I just got home and I am still recovering from my stroke. I sent myself directions to the hospital and then home, when I went into print preview there were no direction, sent it to myself and again no directions - there was a map but no driving directions - I have it saved if you want to see it.
