Dr. Vallery has been a very distant doctor for me. If I complained she would just write it off. Basically....calling me a liar or because it wasn't in the nurses notes....it "never" happened.



I am in menopause which she is supposed to specialize in and it has been like pulling teeth for her to really listen to me and not just go by the book.



When I finally get her and not her nurses, that she put up like a wall for years and years...she just argues with me and talks over me and doesn't want to hear my complaints or because the nurse did not put down exactly how I said the conversation went "verbatim"....it just didn't happen that way according to the notes.



Are you kidding me? Like I am making this stuff up. My husband has been thoroughly disgusted with this woman and I would never leave her practice for fear of having to start all over again with a new doctor in this menopause journey which her and her staff has really made it harder on me. "I shall do no harm"? Really? She made me feel small when I spoke to her and constantly interrupted me when I try to correct "her nurses notes" of a situation that I remember quite well because I was the one dealing with her nurses NOT HER ! She even went as far as to tell me if I had a complaint I should of gone to the office manager and when I yelled in the phone that I did....the doctor says: "OH...our last office manager was terrible and you talk to the wrong person"! Like I was supposed to know that! Half admitting she was wrong finally in the conversation when she realized I HAD COMPLAINED !!



Jesus...this doctor just proved in the whole conversation that she never liked dealing with me because I was a problem patient to her I guess. I have worked with doctors in Hospital Administration and worked on their level. I may not have a medical degree but I am certainly informed and should not be intimidated by this doctor that her way and her notes are all perfect and that they can remember every little detail better than me when I am the ONE SUFFERING!!!. Bull ! It is like half the stuff I ever cried and cried and complained about in my care or my menopause was not even written down....just what "they" thought was important. Are you kidding me?



If a patient is complaining and struggling....you don't make them feel small or try to bully them into believing they never told you things. Just a nightmare. The went from 9/24/14 to 10/6/14 to call me back when I was crying into the phone HELP ME...I AM SUFFERING!!!



Then the doctor just tells me if I am not happy I should find another doctor. Bet she doesn't put that down in "her notes" because then it will have "never happened".

I LOVE Dr. Vallery!!! She has an awesome bedside manner and really cares about you and your needs. I am a nurse and know how vital being attentive is. I would recommed her to anyone that would ask! She delivered my last daughter and did my tubal ligation.I still go to her. The other doctors in her practice are just as awesome. The staff really does care about you.
