When the hostess sits at a table or booth the servers argue who will be serving your table if they don't want to wait on your family! Such rude service and if the food is cold and they don't care to do anything about it. One waitress will say out loud the family can sit in my section but I refuse to wait on them! Such rude people in a family restaurant! I would not recommend a family to eat here go somewhere else that's enjoyable and clean and where you can enjoy your food and service!! This restaurant has a sign posted saying we have the right to refuse service to anyone and any kind! How rude can a restaurant be to the public and they're supposed to know customer service!

I will never go back. Ordered a steak and was not able to cut it and it looked like it came from the sewer.

The fried okra was burned. Told the girl waiting on me and my wife but nothing was done.

Again told the girl taking my money and nothing was done.

They had no problem taking my money and did not hear "Sorry".

Will never eat there again. Bad for your health and pocket book.

This restaurant is so dirty and dingy. The wait staff just dumps your order on the table and then we had to track down someone to get sugar, ketchup and extra napkins. That took another 12 minutes for somebody to bring those items. Pancakes were cold by the time we rec'd butter. Waitress didn't care. Manager didn't care either. Don't waste your time on this place. There are too many other breakfast places in Hurst, TX that care about their customers and would treat you so much better. They've lost our extended family breakfasts & business now.

The best homecooked meals outside of.my own cookin in town!...They also have the best burgers that make your mouth salivate just thinking about it...It's worth every friggin cent you pay!
