It also provides heavy and specialized in-plant rigging and erection services, perform millwright and boiler maker work and furnish and erect metal siding, metal decking, pre-cast and natural stone. Through its subsidiaries, Shippers Highway Express and Construction Materials, Industrial First delivers additional specialty construction services, such as warehousing, trucking, inventory management, insulation and fire-retardant materials. Industrial First employs more than 125 people and maintains a location in Cleveland.
