My wife and I chose the BVI to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed. This was our first stay at the Inn and our first time in the dining room. We received a complimentary upgrade and were quite impressed. The mean was very good as was dessert.

Came to celebrate my birthday. The suite was beautiful. The accommodations were perfect. The food at the restaurant was great as always. This is one of my favorite local bed and breakfasts.

I very highly recommend this hotel. They provide great deals on rooms & have the best beds I have ever been on. Such nice experiences each time I come here.

It's definitely worth staying at Bedford. They have nice clean and quiet rooms. I love the location of this place. I recommend it to anyone.

$10,000 Rings Stolen From Bedford Village Inn Employees had keys to our room and the rings were gone when we got back from the wedding. The wedding party had rented out the whole hotel and we had a sense of security that our belongings were safe. We later found out the woman who did turn-down service had a criminal record for credit card theft. The owners are unwilling to take responsibility and have had 6 months to do so. Do not stay here.

Despite a bad review I got from a family member, who said the food was poor and the dishes were unclean, I decided that I might want to be married Bedford Village Inn. It is a beautiful location after all.



I contacted Michelle to request infomation about having my wedding at the Bedford Village Inn and never heard back from her. I left 3 or 4 messages over the course of a month with various staff and on her voice mail and she never returned my calls.



I finally decided to move on when my sister pointed out that I may want to reconsider my decision to trust them with my whole wedding day when they can't so much as handle a simple phone call. With bad service and bad food they hardly live up to their good name. Don't entrust such unprofessionalism with your most important day.

Stayed one night, was in the room only to sleep and shower. Payed upon checkout. Left my cell phone in another room - staff would not let me in the room to get the phone, nor would they go in themselves to get it (the room was not occupied)!! A few days later my debit card was charged $200 for "smoke damage" ??? They accused me of smoking cigars in my room!!! The management informed me that "a judge will have to settle the situation!!" I highly recommend staying away from this hotel. It's a rip-off and the staff is snobby, unfriendly and not helpful whatsoever.
