They were great! Bedford mowers picked up my snow blower fixed and and returned it in 3 days and for a very reasonable price! They were also the fastest to respond to my email request. I highly recommend them.

My experience with the service department was great. After being quoted a price over the phone for tuning up my snowblower, I brought it in for service. When I picked the snowblower up, the price on the invoice was roughly $10 more than quoted, which I simply chalked up to random parts needed, etc., and was ready to pay. However, the service manager looked at the invoice and told me I was charged too much, to which I remarked I had been quoted a lower price over the phone. To my amazement, he shook his head and said even that was too high for my simple snowblower, and he charged me $24 less than I'd even been quoted on the phone, a price I was already happy to pay. In Westchester county, where it seems like everyone is trying to milk you for as much as they can wherever they can, the service manager's honesty was a wonderful breath of fresh air. Oh, and as for the quality of the service, my snowblower started up after the tune up with a single pull, whereas in past seasons I'd had to pull and pull and pull to get the engine to start. Bedford Mowers has earned my repeat business and, when I buy new equipment in the future, they will be my first stop. Highly recommended.
