It serves the residents of Raleigh, Fayette, Mercer, Summers, Webster, Clay, Greenbrier, Wyoming, Kanawha, Putnam, Nicholas, McDowell, Wayne, Boone, Logan and Mingo counties in southern west Virginia. The corporation administers the Aged and Disabled Waiver program. Mountain State Home Health Care provides assistance with personal hygiene. It also offers Nutritional services that include meal preparation and feeding. The corporation offers personal care, medication administration, and environmental assistance and maintenance solutions. In addition, Mountain State Home Health Care provides long-term care nursing and case management services.
