Libbys Hair and Tanning is the freakin best place to go! Libby, Michelle, and Melissa are the sweetest and coolest people I've ever met. They treat you like family and they rock at hair cutting and styling. I went to Libby to get my hair highlighted and cut, wow she did a better job then anyone I could've gone to. She also styled my hair and did my make-up for Woodrow Wilson High Schools Snowball. I never thought my hair and make-up could look that good! I highly, HIGHLY recommend Libbys Hair and Tanning to anyone and everyone!! NO ONE IS BETTER!!!!
