The only good thing about this place USED to be the staff. But after being here 2 years I had ONE late rent payment because of a mix-up at the bank (which i fixed immediately), and, the apartments charged a arbitrary fee of 110$, of course the apartment manager wont waive the fee (even though i was told they do it all the time) Besides the management not appreciating good tenants (never had any issues with them before this), you also get kids screeching constantly from early morning til evening, wasps nests in the eaves that they don't remove, the light bulbs get fried constantly, the light-switches in the bedrooms don't connect to anything... an almost constant ant problem (even though I was told by management that my apartment was one of the cleanest that they inspected) stolen bike tires, within a month of living here the towel rack nearly ripped off the wall and tons and tons of feral cats that use below the stairs as a litter box. I'm moving as soon as I can afford moving costs.
