This is the worst verizon location in the portland/beaverton area. The service is slow and there are never enough employees to help the amount of people that visit this location. Also, I was told that I would receive a phone call when my phone came in after ordering it and instead of calling, I found out my phone had been delivered via a fed ex tracking number. I had to call them to find out that my phone had actually been delivered for 5 days and they were "too busy to call". I am never returning to this location again, this has been the most agrivating experience.

Terrible responsiveness - couldn't get a cover for a Samsung Intensity at all - went back 4 times ... nothing. Then, bought one that was supposed to come from the Orenco Station store - wasn't there on the day it was promised. Tried calling the phone # on the business card & got a corporate answering service (it's not a Verizon corporate store. Then looked up the address on the Internet & called the phone # that's listed & got a FAX machine squeal in my ear. Very poor customer service at this location!
