I moved to the Idaho panhandle in 2004 and have been looking for just the right cigar store for several years. The shop in Coeur d'Alene is nice and there are a couple in the Seattle area I go back to but Timber Valley knocked my socks off. Well worth a side trip to Beaverton if you're in the Portland area. For me, I don't smoke enough to go that far just for a cigar but Timber Valley is more of a "must" in Portland than Voodoo donuts or even Burgerville, in my estimation. The selection is fantastic and the clerk (Debbie, I believe) went directly to the cigar I requested. A month previous, I was in Rich's downtown and asked for the same cigar. The fellow there looked around and finally said "I guess we don't have those". Finally, when I asked Debbie to clip my cigars, I didn't pay close attention but got home and found that she had put the clip in my bag as well. A nice touch.

I've been buying from timber valley on Walker Rd. since they opend. Always friendly, always helpful, and always with a smile. The prices are good, (not like some other places i've been). Good job, phil

The nicest shop in town. And thet take care of you the nicest too. Example is, the shop carries portable cigarette snuffers for proper and safe disposal of cigarette litter.

It was in awe when I walked in to the store. The selection of cigars is extensive. The staff made me feel welcomed and helped me find what I wanted with enthusiasm. I recommend that you go have a look for yourself.
