I'm an ex-employee of Retail Dimensions who used to work for Paul Duncan. I just wanted to warn potential employees that Retail Dimensions is a total $hithole firm to work for. Paul Duncan was a complete dick to work for. He really treated employees like garbage. One of the other employees told me that he once got so angry that he nearly rap*d a female employee at her desk. Paul Duncan is a total dirtbag. If you are a potential investor in Retail Dimensions, then you really need to be aware that Paul Duncan is somebody that might end up burning you. There are much better companies out there with much better people than Paul Duncan & team.

Paul Duncan is a worthless piece of garbage who treats employees like cr#p.

Retail Dimensions does poor quality work. We've been extremely frustrated with the high number of errors on our Magento project, which has caused us to miss our go live date. I would not advise hiring this firm.
