This was very hard to obtain and still is iI personally am struggling to fing the valid p.o box for this main nike headquarters. I would greatly appricate it if somone would either help me find it or find a way to give me this information. Thank You.

I'm a FAITHFUL Nike consumer who purchased shoes for my 4 year old son at Kids Footlocker and within months the shoes (unusual) were falling apart. I was instructed to contact Nike directly, who's reps were very helpful. Nike fulfilled its promise to quickly process my request, HOWEVER, when I received the voucher in the mail as a replacement for the shoes I returned, the fine print reads "THIS PRODUCT VOUCHER ONLY WORKS AT NIKE.COM". Unfortunately, the site is filled with a very small selection of shoes that fit my preference. I kindly called Nike and asked if they would send a voucher valid at any in store Nike vendor. I was told, that my request was not part of their policy and that there is nothing they can or will do to accomodate my request. I named off several shoes including the Nike Goadome boots, Nike Shox, Air Force Ones, retro Jordans and NONE of these shoes are on the website. I've called Nike several times pleading with them and to no avail. Then they had the nerve to tell me that I couldnt sell, trade or exchange it!!! I can't beleive after all the dollars I've put into this company that their process is not accomodating to customers. I can't say I'll stop buying Nike, but BEWARE OF FINE PRINT ON VOUCHERS SENT TO YOU IN LIEU OF CUSTOMER RETURNS! First keep your receipt for any Nike brand products you purchase and should something go wrong with the shoes I would fight with the selling company (Champs, FootAction, Footlocker, etc) to return and replace the shoes. - TAR
