This is the best fusion I have ever experienced! Fusion does an amazing job of capturing authentic Thai spices with other international flavors. I had their Thai - Italian version of the classic pad kee mao aka drunken noodles. They combine the original pad kee mao sauce with linguini noodles, Italian spices, shrimp, scallop, squid and top it off with fresh parmesan cheese. Most incredible dish I've ever tasted!
