Very dissatified with the service recieved. They have a 30 day money back guarantee if you wish to return a hearing aid. My elderly father returned a $3500 hearing aid 3 days after he recieved it. He had actually called before he received it and said he had changed his mind. They brought it anyway and collected the 2nd payment. They insisted that he try it for a few days - not that the rest of the family didn't want him to try it too. But he was adamant that he didn't need or want the hearing aid. It took Beltone 33 days to apply the credit back to his Visa and this was only after several phone calls and an email requesting the refund. The phone calls were not returned and there was no response to the email. The "excuse" for the length of time for the refund was that "corporate" was out of town traveling (for 33 days, come on!). The only person who was helpful was, Pam, the receptionist/secretary. No apologies received.
