Chaney's Home Improvement is a family business serving the greater Dayton area. We do not hire any employees which keeps our overhead down and allows us to provide great prices for our customers! Our company consists of three: Timothy Chaney(business owner) and husband and wife, Eric and Chelsea Bond. We feel it is important to get to know our customers before working in their home, so we all appear at the estimate. This also allows our customers to address any issues or concerns about there job before we start so there is no misunderstandings.
