We have been incredible pleased with this office. We left our previous pediatrician because we didn't feel like they had the time to take our concerns seriously. First Steps was EXACTLY the opposite! They took my concerns seriously, really listened to what I said and called me back quickly! 2 different times I had the actual doctor call me back to discuss questions that I called about. It only took 1 visit to get my son on a medicine that changed his quality of life for the better and to be referred to a specialist which is in the process of changing his life even more for the better. First Steps has shown me that some doctors really do care about their patients and not just seeing as many kids as they can to make a buck! Love this office and everyone that I have encountered there!
