Called in April, ac not working. Chuck Wood came out, said vent under home came off. Said he attached but only temporary fix, would be back following week to make permanent repair. Never came back. Called them on 4 occasions, said would remind him he just ignored the problem. Now it's December 14, just got me heating bill, very high. The vent must have come off again. He had 8 months to fix it but neglected what he promised he would do. I called Maier heating in Rochester. They are coming out tomorrow after only 2 days notice to make the repair. They are professionals, Wood is not. Beware doing business with them.

have called for 1 year to get my furnace cleaned they still have not come out,lousy way to treat a customer
Dick (the owner) is as good as it gets! We called him on a Saturday night after coming home to a cold house and couldn't get the furnace to kick on. He was at our house THAT NIGHT! Unfortunately, our 25 furnace had a motor that didn't have a replacement part. Dick showed up Monday morning with a new furnace and worked until 8 at night, so we would have heat that night.(It was around 30 degrees outside with 2 feet of snow.) That the Lord for honest hard working people like Dick! I wouldn't use anyone else for any heating, air conditioning, hot water, etc. issues.
Fast and excellent service. I called in the morning to see if I could get my boiler looked at and about a hour later Dick Wood was knocking at the door. This guy knows what he is doing. Fast and courteous and very knowledgeable with reasonable rates.

Wood Heating installed two heating/cooling units for us during our major home renovation. Their professionalism and expertise was refreshing. Both Wood brothers are personable and easy to get along with. My wife and I have the highest respect for their skill and honesty.
