highly recommended office, I have been a patient there for at least 15 years. Staff is very helpful and Dr. Palumbo has a very well bedside manor. He makes me feel very comfortable. I would recommend if looking for office.

Awful. I went to them for the first half of my first pregnancy. Although I really like NP Allison, they did an horrible job of keeping me informed of what was going on. I went in for my first sonogram and assumed I would be seeing my doc as well. The woman who did the sonogram was very unfriendly. After that she pretty much said seeya later, and we were confused, as it was our first baby and we were expecting to see the doctor. She said to go back out and wait in the Lobby, so we sat there, not knowing if we were even going to see anyone else. I moved shortly after that, which I informed them I would be doing so. Four days after that appt, and after I moved 3 hours away, I called to have my medical records released and was told I needed to sign a release form, which is understandable. However, why would they not have me do so while I was there four days previously? They then had to send me the form so I could sign it and send it back, which took another week and a half. I have now been calling medical records all morning, and they have yet to even answer the phone. So now, I'm waiting around, 17 weeks pregnant, for them to answer the phone and release my medical records to my new doctor so I can get an appointment. Most unprofessional office I've ever dealt with in my life.

I have been going here for years. I would be devistated if they would ever close their doors. The doctors are wonderful and treat their patients as they would their own family. And the staff has always been very nice and they do their best to make the patients as comfortable as possible. I could not imagine ever going anywhere else.
