Marcus has a great personality and makes purchasing a vehicle a comfortable experience. He was down to earth, friendly and answered all questions I had. In the past my husband has always purchased our vehicles and this was the first time I purchased a vehicle on my own. Marcus makes you feel at ease, assisted and gave me options for vehicles I was interested in. He let me drive all of the options and did not try to convince me into buying one over the other. The overall experience of purchasing a vehicle from Marcus was very good! We have purchased several vehicles from Morrows Motors in Beaver Falls and have always been satisfied customers with both our purchases and service received on services for the vehicle during ownership. They are nice people to deal with, fair and reputable. Thanks Marcus!!

A five star experience, hands down. Already recommended Jeanie to three people. Writing this review to recommended her to the Internet. Jeanie was great, and so was everyone I talked to at the dealership. Jeanie particularly impressed me, though. I knew which car I wanted before I called, and as soon as she answered the phone I knew I wanted to do business with her. Jeanie struck me as a trustworthy straight-shooter, which she definitely proved to be. I felt comfortable walking into the dealership. These folks understand that there are two ways to do business: the crooked way and the right way, and they definitely do right. I'm of the opinion that I have to save money, but businesses also have to make money. So I was really happy with the price. I felt it was ok to begin with and great when we were done. Jeanie went out of her way to make things convenient for the purchase. I particularly liked that I was able to take the car to my mechanic prior to purchase without any hassle at all. This made me feel that Jeanie and the dealership really stand behind their vehicles. I didn't feel pressured. I didn't think anyone was trying to get one over on me. Jeanie and the other staff made me feel comfortable, were respectful, answered questions and found out if they didn't know. They also did a great job with the financing. I had secured my own, but ended up going with theirs. Overall, an excellent experience. Definitely worth the drive. THANK YOU, JEANIE!!
Brenda responded quickly to my email enquiry. Was quick and helpful in evaluating my needs and my payment and credit limits. She ask for a short time to research and find the best fit for my needs. She contacted me with in two days with a wonderful car that meet all my needs. The whole process was completed in only about 1-1/2 hours of my time. I work three jobs and my time off is highly valued and she understood and had everything ready for me when I got there and I had her full attention.
A family member recently purchase a car from Marrow, they recommended their sales agent Marcus. They claimed he answered all their questions and listened to their concerns. So I tracked down this salesman and true word, Marcus addressed all questions in a professional manner and was more than helpful during and after my purchase, if you stop by this dealership, I highly recommend looking him up.
This was the most enjoyable purchase of a car that I have ever experienced. No hasseling or haggeling. I was greeted by name by at least 4 employees when I arrived. No pressuring. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. Great, great experience. Would recommend to friends and family and will deal with again in the future.
Yesterday, while returning from business in Pittsburgh, PA to our home in Canton, OH, we began experiencing some very serious and dangerous car trouble! We were able to find MORROW on my Droid and their lovely receptionist patiently gave us driving directions (ALL DOWNHILL!) from the highway. We arrived and found the Service Center to be clean and well-organized. Lou, the Service Manager was extremely helpful and reassuring, even talking to our "home" dealership to coordinate repairs and make sure we were getting what our vehicle needed to get back on the road safely. From top to bottom, their entire staff was professional, engaging and wonderful to spend an (unplanned) afternoon with. Morrow Chevy had ALL the parts IN -STOCK to repair my vehicle and their expert service technicians promptly made all the repairs and we were back on the road within hours. If you are lucky enough to live near Morrow Chevy you will not be disappointed if you deal with them!

This dealership took my car for service on the timing chain and destroyed the engine. They have refused responsibilty for the damage even though the engine was damaged while in their possession. I would never deal with this company again.
