Children of all age groups in the United States of America are lacking in critical reading and writing skills, according to evaluations and government reports. There is a widely-recognized deficiency in the school mathematics, physics, and chemistry curricula. Despite good grades in high school and SAT scores, our children struggle to get admissions and scholarships in college. When they enter the work force or graduate school, they continue to struggle against better qualified students educated in European and Asian nations. We understand the deep level of frustration that you, as parents feel when your children could do so much better if they were not constrained by a one-size-fits-all curriculum. We also understand the time, effort, and money you spend in taking your children to specialized learning centers either because: (1) they need extra support to catch up to their peers in school; or (2) they are very bright and need more challenge. In our experience, the most effective after-school learning occurs in the comfort of your home or a nearby public place of your choice where our educators can meet one-on-one to give your children the individualized attention they need. Sometimes, to enhance the learning opportunity we may encourage two or more children with similar interests to participate in group activities and hands-on science projects...these workshops will result in life-long lessons not only in science, but also in team work! Our team of engineers and scientists began as caring individuals with a common cause...and now it is being spearheaded under a tight network driven to achieve high standards. The founder is J.P. Pradeep Kumar, Chemical Engineer (M.S.), who practiced as a Pennsylvania Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) for 20 years in Environmental Engineering. During his experience in the corporate world and interactions with federal and industrial clients, his passion was mainly technical and mentoring of scientific and engineering staff. He and other staff observed the disparity in the preparedness with fundamental scientific and technical knowledge between various college graduates from the US and overseas; and attributed it to weak foundations at the school level. Therefore, his passion increasingly turned towards coaching and teaching. Soon, he realized that other engineers and scientists in the Pittsburgh area and surroundings, shared his passion, and were willing to join the effort in tutoring. Individual efforts have now become a concerted network of professionals with a common cause. Our network of professional engineers and scientists from the Greater Pittsburgh area with experience in teaching, specializes in the needs of middle-school and high-school students. Our services lay the foundation to prepare them for college and beyond, to match or exceed international standards.

Our tutoring and coaching focuses where many middle- and high-school curricula fall short. We also support Freshman college students and sophomore engineering students.
