I have never felt like they did not cut my hair how I asked. If you bring a picture it helps them a lot. I go usually to the same stylist, but have tried almost everyone and have never felt like they weren't paying attention to me or that they didnt give me what I asked.

How good the haircut is depends on which stylist you get. The quest to find the right one can take a few terrible cuts. The worst cut was from the owner of all ppl. When the other stylists saw my hair they tried to fix it. When i did find someone i liked,she left! The stylists there need to brush up on new techniques. And some of them are so quiet, its down right rude.

Too expensive. Don't ask you what color you want, just assume. Aren't very nice when they screw up to help fix it. I've been going there for years and lately the lack of customer service has turned me off. They don't pay attention to you when they are doing your hair. They don't take what you say into account. They ask if it could be shorter, or say "I'm going to try something". Last time that happened, I had to grow out the bangs they "tried".
