Jayme Quade is a advanced practice nurse prescriber and adult-gerontological primary care nurse practitioner in family medicine. She obtained her undergraduate nursing degree and earned her master's in nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Quade's practice is focused on type 2 diabetes, health promotion and disease management, geratrics medicine, and evidence based medicine. Quade is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is a member of the American Nurses Association and the Wisconsin Nurses Association.
