Absolutely the WORST service ever! Very unprofessional and inexperienced! It is just so sad that the owners, and administration are just as ignorant as their untrained and rude office staff! Why is it necessary to put someone on hold for at least 10 minutes at a time for about 5 different times(no exaggeration) to finally get to the reason for the call? Same treatment in office as well. I personally work for a very well known and respected medical facility here in Beaumont and if we were to speak to and treat our customers/patients the way that they treat theirs - heads would be rolling! Very unacceptable! They don't even deserve a star!!!!
