Time is money.If you are an owner operator and dont get a check for just showing up then you understand. I needed a/c work done on my truck. My first mistake. I called on a wednesday to see what i would be looking at to have a couple of o-rings changed in my a/c system and of course have it vac'd and recharged. I was told that this was a small job that would take about 1.5 to 2 hrs if a leaky o-ring was all that was wrong. Doing most of the work on my truck myself i knew right where the problem was and ask when would be a good time to drop it off and ask roughly how long i could expect to be down. I was told drop it off next week and we may be able to have it back on the same day, if not, then the next day. I decided to give em a shot and called to remind them who i was on Monday and told them i would drop it Tuesday morning, and i did. I came back Wednesday to find that my truck had not even been looked at as was supposed to have been and was offered maybe friday. WTF?? Never again!!!
