Papa John's is my favorite pizza but I have had problems with this store. When I order a pizza I expect it be as ordered. When my pizza is missing toppings, burnt, or the crust is raw, I call and complain not to get anything free, just to get what I ordered and paid for. This is an ordeal. The last time my order was wrong I called and was told to bring it back. I did and was told it was fine even the dough was so thick it was raw in the center and you could see the bottom of the crust on 1/4 of the pizza. No sauce or cheese in these areas. I paid for a regular crust two topping pizza with sausage and extra cheese. The manager was rude and stated that I had complained too much and that there would be no more corrections on any orders placed by me. I called the store after I got home to get phone number to express my complaints and was told by the owner " I am the corporate office. I own the joint." She left a rude message on my machine stating that I could never order a Papa John's.
