Terrible experience. They even messed up and forgot to clear their search history on my computer of them trying to Google the solution. All they did at end was call to ask if I wanted to backup because they were gonna format it....that means "oh can't fix it better erase". If I wanted poor handling of the issue I would have handed it to geek squad.

No other store in Beaumont compares to the computer repair ecp offers. They have the best prices on cables in southeast Texas, hand down. As a computer junkie for the last 25 years, I am happy there is a local company that actually does what they say, without the corporate stupidity.

Although priced more than the houston area superstores. They stock the items that I usually can't find at other locations. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, without being condescending.
