      I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in a private setting with 15+ years experience providing counseling for individuals, family, children and couples. I am trained and have experience with individuals to discover new coping skills suffering with anxiety, depression, grief and loss and stress reduction. I also assist those with problematic behaviors and parent management. I have extensive training working with victims of trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. With children, I offer play therapy as a means to process emotions. My belief is that people can make positive changes and find healing in their emotional and spiritual life resulting in growth, purpose and contentment in life.
