Anastasia is the most inspirational ups person I have ever met and her attention to detail along with charismatic personality goes above and beyond the call of duty. It is a pleasure to deal with her and Mr. Chow at this location. UPS is the best shipping provider ever.

Nick and Anastasia at the UPS Store in Beaumont are fantastic. I have had a box there for over 5 years and am always impressed with the level of service. Anastasia always calls me whenever I receive boxes (and I do receive a lot of them) and Nick is always gracious in helping me carry them to my car. I am always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The store is well equipped to accommodate business needs and general items. Definitely highly recommend this Store. They will prepare your item for shipping and the service is fast and efficient. They will make copies for you; send a Western Union Money Order; fax documents - the list of things they will do for you is extensive. Don't hesitate to drop in and check it out if you live in the area. You will not be disappointed.

Customer service was excellent at this store! I was surprised at the level of professionalism and friendliness of the associates here. The staff went above and beyond in assisting me with figuring out how to mail a very large furniture item. When it came time to mail it, they assisted me with carrying the item to and from my vehicle. Having them package the item up for me (for a small fee of $6.00, plus materials) was a HUGE help and they did this in a matter of minutes! KUDOS to staff at UPS Store Beaumont, CA.....u are awesome!!!!! Thanks for all your help!

Shopping at this store was a breeze. They do almost everything here. UPS rates are not cheap but the service they render to me was excellent. I will definitely recommend this store to my friends.
