In all the years of owning homes and renting homes I have never had such horrible service from a gas/oil/propane company in my life. When starting service I was informed that I had to drive an hour away to start the service giving them a check to have them come and fill our tank. With the receptionist telling me "Oh we will do you a favor and come on a day we don't usually deliver in that area..." After paying them 500 dollars!--Then yesterday I did the stardard call 24 hours prior to delivery and they told me well we can do it this time at no extra cost...um still before the 24 hr mark mind you?! (extra charge of $100.00 to deliver less than 24 hrs..) I called them at 4:45PM when the guy still had not delivered our propane and she placed me on hold for 15 mins.. then told us well maybe within the next two hours...I can not in good conscious recommend these people! They did not care that I couldn't fix my family a meal... If you have any other option go with someone else!!! Stay AWAY
