as a property manager I try to go local, but today the lady on the phone was rude and unhelpful. Have given them lots of customers in the past. But never again. Very disappointed.

Very fast and efficient. We called for refrigerator service at 11:20 and was told this afternoon or tomorrow morning (compared to Sears' next week on Tuesday). Lo and behold a repairman shows up an hour later. Diagnoses the bad thermostat in about 5 minutes, repairs it in less than an hour. Saved the food in the frig and our sanity. Thanks Denny's!!!

They came out to fix my ice maker and told me that they had to order a new one. 2 1/2 weeks later I called them back because they never called or showed up again. The guy said "Oh yeah, we got that in. I'll come out tomorrow and put it in for you!" I wanted to ask how long he had the part just sitting there and why no one called me to schedule for them to come install it. Although the technician was a very nice guy the business practice was very lacking and poor. Bad business Denny's..bad bad review!
