My refrigerator quit working while I was at work.So I called Michael's.It was 4:45 in the afternoon when I called. When they answered the phone, I told them my issue. The lady on the phone told me they closed at 5, but that they would see what they could do. She put me on hold, a minute later she got back on and told me Mike would stop by on his way home and get it checked out. At 6 Mike pulled into my drive. He had the part my fridge needed on his truck and fixed it right then. I didn't loose a bit of my food. I was so thankful that he got there the same day, even after hours. It was almost 7 when Mike left my house and he was extremely nice and courteous. I couldn't thank him enough! Great experience overall.
