The Pretzels are great but I notice African Americans are given a less than welcome greeting. I have noticed this several visits I will be calling corporate after more documentation . I give the pretzels 5 but I feel as though I'm being served by Trump supporters.

If you're in the area of this pretzel place, and by area I mean anywhere from Dover up to Claymont (any more north of that and you may as well go to Philly) this is the place to get your pretzels.

The people in the store are friendly and will make the pretzels as you ask. My family gets them a little darker than they make them normally so they told us how long it takes and now, when we order, we tell them how long and they're perfect.

There are one or two other pretzel places close to me but they suck. They aren't Philly pretzels and beyond that, that aren't GOOD pretzels. Pretzel Boy's in particular sucks and the people who work there aren't friendly in the least.

But Philly Pretzel's is the best. If you can't get to Philly, go here. We order 50 or 100 at a time and freeze them and they're STILL perfect after that!

The staff at the Bear, De store and very friendly. Always great service and a great product!

The store in Eden Square Shopping Center, Bear has great service. The pretzels are the best on the East Coast. A must try.
