Took my CPU into C Jocks and was told it would be a $125 OS repair. Turned out to be $195 instead! (When someone has your computer you pay or don't get it back!) Also, I had two audio plugs on the back of my CPU when I took it in, one of the geniuses BROKE one of them off so it couldn't be used...NOW MY CPU HAS NO SOUND and I have to get a new sound card. CAVEAT EMPTOR!
