While I am very pleased with the doctor here & I am extremely displeased with her nurse. If she wants more authority please enroll in med school! I think we all see this in various establishments:tellers who act like bank presidents, cashiers who believe they are pharmacists, & nurses that diagnose our symptoms or readily explain something we are doing wrong which is the case here.
