Time Warner installed Road Runner, but couldnt get to the internet. Karen and Javier got us going. Our laptop was very slow. Karen cleaned our system and improved speed. Impressed with her knowledge. Very pleasant to work with

Karen & Javier were excelent in helping me with my laptop. When a free 10 minute phone consultation failed to resolve my problem, they came to my home and fixed the problem. The result was great and the price very reasonable and the travel distance not an obstacle. If you guys were brain surgerous I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you either!.
