• Wrongful Death
  Mr. Dickson represents individuals and families in cases involving serious injury and wrongful death throughout Ohio. He has devoted more than the last twenty (20) years to the rights of nursing home residents and their families. The Ohio State Legislature recently passed Esther’s Law which enables families to place a camera in the room of their loved one in a nursing home. This law is named after Esther Piskor, a former client of Mr. Dickson. After multiple firms turned Esther Piskor away, attorney Dickson and his team successfully represented her and her family.
• Sex Crimes
  Mr. Dickson also proudly represents victims of sexual assault. He has been a member of the fundraising committee for the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center for many years, often working closely with their counselors.
