Founded in 1999 as a spin-off of GenCorp, OMNOVA Solutions manufactures a wide variety of performance chemicals, decorative products and building materials. The company s product lines include emulsion polymers and specialty chemicals, floor care products, a variety of textiles and nonwovens, various commercial coatings and adhesives, interior construction systems, rigid laminates for manufactured housing applications, custom and digital wall surfaces, industrial films, coated papers, carpeting, furniture, wall coverings, GenFlex and other single-ply commercial roofing systems, pool liner films, in-mold coatings, tire cord adhesives and automotive aftermarket fabrics. OMNOVA Solutions maintains its headquarters in Fairlawn, Ohio, and has operations throughout the United States, Europe and Asia.
