I have never had such a negative experience in my life. I was contacted by a bill collector from this company who claimed I owed an outstanding amount. When I explained that it was an insurance billing issue the debt collector got hostile and angrily demanded the money. The same debt collector called a week later and I offered to make partial payment based on what I could afford-she refused the payment and said it was not enough money. Keep in mind that this debt was not my doing and pending the insurance clearing it up, I was willing and able to make a partial payment in the mean time. She would not take the money nor would she let me speak to anyone in charge over her. She got angry and told me she could not accept less the half the debt and she refused to take my partial payment by Visa Check Card. She yelled at me over the phone and told me she was going to mark it as refusal to pay and hung up on me.
