BarreCLE is a privately owned boutique-style barre fitness studio with expert instruction led by certified Barre Teachers trained by the prestigious Exhale Spas. The owner is a seasoned fitness veteran, a globally-recognized yoga teacher and edept in leadership development. Our sessions draw from the principles of functional fitness, Pilates, yoga and orthopedic exercises to create a workout with real results. An intimate, personalized atmosphere taught in groups of 20 clients or less.
