General Info

The Alzheimer’s Association Cleveland Area Chapter provides support services to individuals and their families living in Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake and Lorain counties. The Association provides Alzheimer’s education, 24/7 Helpline referral and support, online caregiver coaching, care consultation, respite reimbursement, education, support groups, enrichment programs and safety services for individuals suffering from memory loss or dementia and their caregivers. The Association also provides caregiver education and professional training for staff in both long term care facilities and home health agencies. Our Speakers Bureau provides community education programs to interested community organizations.
