If you enjoy MMA this is the place to be! Or if you're just trying to get in shape this is the place! Went to one 45 minute class and I was hooked. Everyone is super nice and very helpful and the atmosphere is just really great. I recommend anyone and everyone comes here.

I have been training their for,about 3 years and I have learned so,much . They have classes for,the whole,family.,they have morning , nights and even Saturday classes, All the students at Tong Dragon are,like,one big family.. Ive been a student of Tong Dragons since February of 2014 (nearly six months at the time of this post). Big, clean facility. Awesome people (instructors and fellow students). My daughter and I both love this school. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Mr. Colon (the owner) actually cares about the school and his students. It's hard to find a school nowadays that isn't just about the business, but about the students learning an important skill.

I have attended the gym for over two years and I still have yet to find a problem with it. Great training facility, great staff, and great people. I highly recommend it for all ages.
