I called Red Top Cab on 1/14/2013 I at 12:30 pm. I need them to pick me up a 3:30 cause I had a doctor appointment at 4:00. I had to wait in the freezing cold for over 30 min for them, I have a bad back that why I was going to the doctor . They we late I called the office lady she was very rude and kept saying he will be there an one more minute. I was late for my appointment. The cab driver took they longest way to get there. It was 11.70 for the ride I gave him 15 dollars he didn't give me my change. I had to ask him for it he only gave me two dollars back. I didn't even want to give him a tip. Don't waste your time or money on this Cab company.

They were supposed to show up at 5:20, I waited around 30min till around 6 and they never showed up.... Horrible service. So I called Baytown Express taxi and they showed up within 5min.
