Everyone here acts like they do not want to be bothered to help you. If your blood flow is stuck they will not come help. They are more worried about socializing with each other than helping the donators. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend anyone coming here.

absolutely horrible. Rude workers. the only person who i liked was tony (i think that's his name). He was so nice and friendly and has great customer service. But the other guy, i don't know his name but he's light skinned and overweight was absolutely rude. He got into it with a new donor and was just so rude that i walked out. never coming here again. AND the place looked dirty.

This place is fast and very clean I have been donating for over 3 years now staff is always smiling and caring however new staff on floor are still learning how to stuck because every person is different they may bruise you so make sure you ask for someone that has been there the longest I really recommend this place just be aware make sure they are really experienced
