Not willing to work with me to fix what was wrong. Very rude and disrespectful.

Service was not professional and I was not treated well after the money was collected. It was a take it or leave it attitude.

The equipment I paid for was not properly or professionally installed. Nothing worked and could not get them to fix it right. I was rushed in and out and charged a lot of money. I would never use Car Stereo Sound to install anything on my vehicle.

I brought my vehicle to install a remote start, back up camera and a radio with car play. Everything was going well until I picked up my vehicle and found out later that the remote start, the camera, and radio did not work properly. I called and Car stereo sound agreed to take a look at it, so I brought it back and he said he'd fixed it but again finding out later the only thing working was the radio. Still had trouble with the remote start and back up camera. Brought it back a third time and again he said it was fixed but was not. At this point I was so tired of bringing my vehicle back but I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt because I spent a lot of money. I had to have the owner sit in my vehicle a couple of times to get him to understand that my camera was install wrong and he did fix it after the third time bringing it back, but said they also fixed the remote start and didn't. At this point I was not going back so I brought it to another place to get a second opinion and only to find out ( what I expected) Care Stereo Sound did not properly install the remote start because there was no module box installed. I was charged a premium price but didn't get what I paid for. I would not recommend this place to do any work on your vehicle unless you already know what's going on because its to easy for them to confuse you with there so called knowledge. The only reason its one star because I had to select at least one star to submit my review.
