We have been buying furniture at Affordable Furniture for over 4 years and have always been very satisfied. When we bought a new home in Baytown last year and it came to furnishing it we naturally went to Affordable Furniture. We bought our living room, master bedroom, formal dining room, kitchen dining room, TV room and upstairs home theater room at Affordable Furniture. Eunice assisted us in selecting our choices and provided excellent service in the delivery and follow-up of our purchases. All our purchases were very beautiful and affordable. We are very happy with the furniture in our home and we highly recommend anyone considering buying new furniture to visit Affordable Furniture before they consider the higher prices in the large retailers.

Would not recommend this furniture store to anyone. At first it was pleasant, the manager was the one who assisted me with my purchases and deals, however the table they delivered was damaged and I ordered 3 barstools and had one for a while and week later they sent one more. They have not replaced my table that was damaged when they had delivered and now 3 weeks later still missing one bar stool and no new table. I call and they do not answer my calls have me blocked and got friend to call from her number and they answer right away.......Small claims here I come.......horrible horrible!!! Never had this experience before with any other furniture store. I have my regrets!!!!

In Janyary we purchased a couch, love seat and matching recliner as well as a dining room table and chairs. Our sales person was wonderful--very attentive without being smothering. She understood our desire to make an informed decision after careful comparison of several different room settings. This purchase is something we will have for many years. After we picked out what we wanted, we scheduled the delivery for the next weekend. The drivers called us to let us know about what time they would arrive and they were right on time. They unloaded, set up and, most importantly, cleaned up. We will definitely go back when we need anything else. We are very pleased with the quality, price and service we got on our purchase.

The service is pretty slow and every time i go the sales person is on the phone and leaves you waiting. The manager is is a little rude but at hte end she helped me find some furniture at an affordable price, which also took longer to arrive than what she said it would. They sent the wrong color with the rails missing... If I had to do it all over again, I would just buy one of their pretty lamps that they have in stock!
