I scheduled an appointment 6/21/2018 to be seen on the following Thursday as I was told by the receptionist they are only open on Thursday's. I left work using my PTO to handle what I would call urgent. As I drove from Long Island City to the Bronx, I was to discover upon arrival that the doctor decided not to open for the day. I did not receive a call, text or an email. Actually, my email was never taken down. Today is not 7/2/2018 and after I left a message the day of my appointment, I've yet heard back from this Establishment. Not only did I lose out on money, gas and time that can not be replaced. Completely unprofessional and overly tacky. Terrible experience without the experience.

First, I only visited this doctor once. I was referred by a friend, she is going to them for years and never had a problem. So if you are a new patient, be careful with this place. 1) I was on benadryl, this office did a skin allergic test on me. 2) Never received the first bill they sent to me. I received the information from the insurance company. And that's how I know there is a bill. 3) It's a very aggressive place about billing. It could be I am a new patient. But it does not feel respectful at all. 4) I did not wait long. I called them the same day. It's not hard to make urgent appointment. Think twice before you go.
