Very simply; 1- He locksmith Bayside Security services & Key came when he said he would 2- He figured out that my lock was jammed, not broken, which saved me from buying a new lock. 3- He spoke english clearly (as opposed to the first place I called and couldn't understand) 4- He was a complete professional in every way. I'll definitely be calling them the next time I need their services.
