This is the best Academy for Karate,jujitsu, kickboxing and MMA training. I'm not an MMA fighter but I sure train like one.I train with a world Champion Austin Wright Sr.

Can't say enough things about this place. The kids are having fun while learning to defend themselves. The staff are all very friendly and open. It's a nonjudgemental place with such a welcoming atmosphere. The woman's cardio classes really help! I lost a total of 23 pounds and still working. Anybody can do this. I am definitely staying with this dojo!!
