OMG: National Waste Services has been our provider for over 15 years. The have been great! We have always been treated with respect on the phone, if a storm causes a delay they are there the next day. I have nothing but praise for them. And their prices are VERY reasonable. I live on the East End of LI and I would never change.

Just recently switched to them from another company (go green) for the garbage at my house in Hampton bays. not as cheap as the other company, but you definitely get what you pay for ! Also just had a large container at the house for some cleanup and repair work. couldn't be more pleased. I would recommend them highly

I was going to post the same review. Horrible initial experience until I raised hell and the manager showed up on my property explaining everything, apologizing, asking for patience. He really took his time to rectify the situation, but that's again after threats and raising hell. Best thing is to speak with the manager directly, or go straight to owners. They have a long way to go with customer service quality but they are newly evolving, merging companies and handling tons of customers so I understand it's lots of paperwork to sift through. Communication with customers should be at max though and most important. I'll give them a break due to the extensive in-person explanation and I really hope services improves at their company.

Horrible Company!!!! USE ANOTHER COMPANY. Once they get their dumpster to your location, you will have an extremely difficult time getting them to pick it up. They never return phone calls, everyone in office passes the buck to someone else and they have no care for their customers. Avoid these people.
